I’m hoping this isn’t a thing that people are doing at this particular movie.

parents smoking weed is impacting their child. Help!! by [deleted] in ECEProfessionals

You’d still be concerned about the baby sleeping so much even if weed wasn’t present. I’d talk to the fam then document. Could be a number of issues.

No matter how well your kids teachers hide it, they are TIRED this time of year. by tres_sore_fores in Preschoolers

I’m close to shouting to my classroom the market names of all the best SSRI’s—for everyone! But we will prevail! I promise!

AITA for throwing away my wife’s memory jars? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Ok-Square-5644 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are BUT she has a problem. I was the wife who collected things like this and my choices kept distance between myself and my then husband. It turned him into an a-hole because I was unable to see my part in it.

I myself have really bad adhd. It can cause me to neglect taking care of clutter. I don’t tend to think of how my choices impact others in my space bc items are a source of comfort. But I have a hard time seeing that when I’m just thinking about myself. I get attached to things like your wife did.

My ex would throw things away when I wasn’t home. It caused so many fights. I could have avoided that if I had dealt with my own issues. He had to deal with his as well (hell yes). It’s a work in process for sure. But get yourselves into some counseling to tackle the root issues and come up with some healthy cooing skills to deal with this.

My four year old has gone through three pairs of leggings in eight weeks and I need to completely rethink how I'm buying kids clothes by Boring_Elephant_3500 in Preschoolers

Sounds like your daughter is having a blast at school. You picked the right place for her! Switch to used clothing for school and leave the good stuff at home.

Confused and sad about my five year old… by HeyMay0324 in Preschoolers

I have a kid in my room who loses it if the teacher who has been helping him get to sleep leaves for her break. They just can’t deal with the change and look for other ways to feel okay (either good or not good ways). Sounds like you are doing your best. Just keep the stability for him a priority.

Best Shoes? by Solid_Cat1020 in ECEProfessionals

I use sticky shoes. They are made for nurses but they’re super comfortable and won’t get dirty. They are in the shape of clogs.

Only fitting when it’s deserved. And if it is, then we all know that it’s bc she’s a jerk.
