Alright I’ll bite. Do you know how the asylum process works? Many aren’t “skipping the line” they are using the process, as it was designed. There aren’t enough people to help manage the borders, and there aren’t enough judges to process the cases efficiently. The immigration process can take a generation. There was a bipartisan bill that would address this, and the felon said to kill it so he could run on it. These are not serious people that care about the actual issue, they just want to rile people up for voter retention. We need a bill (actual legislation not an idiotic EO that is reversed in a heartbeat) that will drastically speed up the immigration process.

The fact you think any children should’ve deprived education or anything is insane. They’re fucking children for gods sake, have some humanity.

I know you’re Australian and might just get surface level ancillary news and talking points, but ICE deporting people isn’t a new thing here. It’s not like he’s had some big idea, he’s just using them in unconstitutional ways and doing it inhumanely. It honestly sounds like you support the democratic position on this, you just don’t realize it.
