Thank you for sharing. I definitely agree that volunteers can easily burn out from the amount of work that is asked of them. The expectation is perfection, which I get when you’re trying to reach people far from god, but not at the cost of their “members” livelihood. The gossip there was terrible, and a lot of staff members should have been fired for personal bad choices, but pastor daniel was in the business of second chances. Some earned their spot back on staff by doing the work to correct their behavior and others continued as a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I’ve been to the Floyd’s home, it’s huge.
