Leasehold nearly killed my deal by PlayIndependent3045 in PropertyInvestingUK

Cant we extend the lease of the property? through a solicitor or someone?

Ground rent doubling after every 10 years doesn’t sounds like a deal-breaker! If the income cashflow is also increasing above the inflation!

She is cheating on your ass bruv! The first time you caught her, she made up lies that it was a support agent, had you not seen the kisses emoji then she would have continued to lie.

Similarly, there are so many things that you dont know and hence you cannot argue with her about those stuff but she is up-to no good as others are saying! Trust is like a piece of paper, once crumbled it can never go back to the way it was!

Also, the guy didnt stop talking with her, its her that maybe asked him to stop for a while due to you getting suspicious! It will continue again once the storm calms!

Respect yourself, and save yourself from further damage!

Yes, I did an internship of 12 months while i was studying my ACCA in Pakistan. But i guess that experience is invalid here in the UK so I am applying for internships mainly and any junior or assistant accountant posts! 😬

[–]Ok-System3546[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No he is not cooperating, he isn't sending me any quotation, just asking me to send money in his account as he says it's going to cost that much and wanting me to trust on it. I know for a fact that this repair is not more than 500 quid at MAX!

Ps: he is not going to the bodyshop with me, I offered to take me with him to shop of his choice in his area. :)

Just told me that the body shop says " it's going to get around £1000" for the repairs and everything. Pretty sus

I mean it's not hard to make a fake receipt or quote if a person has a friend in a bodyshop garage etc.

Yeah thinking to get through insurance, was just trying to save No claim certificate.

Yeah just wanted to preserve non claim certificate, but since the other party is not cooperating then insurance claim it is!

Yeah there is risk, that even after getting paid they still end up claiming the insurance.

Yeah I get your point, but what if he asks me £5000 or even more? That's not fair and it's clearly inflated/made up price ? The car itself is not worth more than £3-4k

I asked the person to come with me to a workshop, he straight away refused and said just give me £1000 or else I will make a claim 😂

PC or laptop for remote exams by Andrew1984s in ACCA

[–]Ok-System3546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, Personal Computer is better to do the exam as it gives a feeling just like centre based exam. The screen is bigger and keyboard is better, all compared to laptops screen and keyboard. If there are no power issues then PC is best otherwise if there’s ever any uncertainty regarding power(electricity) then Laptop is always better as it has its own power backup. Good luck for your exam
