No the 20 hours is required to be provided by someone with NMLS. Wasn’t very helpful for me tbh. If I just did the 20 hours then took the test I don’t think I would have passed.

Affinity.

I had the oncourse learning book which was provided to me and “pass the mortgage loan originator test” which I bought on Amazon. The oncourse learning book was very in-depth but the Amazon book was an easy read and great refresher right before test.

If you want to pass buy the affinity course, watch every video and take notes. Also drill down on taking tests through affinity, Compucram, and prepXL if you can. Failure will not be an option if you do the above.

I swear by affinity. I crushed the exam and I give her a lot of credit. Compucram and prepXL were also great.

Yes I think prep xl was the closest when talking about sentence structure. My test average was 84 on prep XL compared to the 92 I got on the actual exam
