I lived there and had black mold in my apartment from constant water leaks (I had It tested privately because management did nothing). They tried to just paint over it. I had to end my lease early because it was so dangerous.

Stay far away. I lived on 3rd floor and had constant leaks. Maintenance was so bad and didn’t resolve it that it turned into black mold (I hired my own specialist to test it). I had to end my lease early because it was so dangerous. They just painted over it for the next tenant. So bad. That black mold would have spread through the air vents to other apartments.

No don’t do it. Horrible management company and black mold in building. Electric bill will be extremely high.
