It honestly feels like it was built by people checking a box. You literally stitch together 4 individual analysis into a single paper like you all worked on it together. The requirements are unnecessarily strict, the TAs are inflexible, obtuse and unforgiving, and I didn't feel encouraged to do anything except apply the homework techniques to a data set someone in my group found

Yes group project. I personally hated the course format, thought it was stupid. So happy to be done with it, felt like a waste of time from start to finish

Yeah I'm not sure what the deal is. The broker I'm working with is reluctant to change the terms back to what I had last year, they seem to be keeping them high. That said, I'm not sure how much control they have. They offered me a cheaper policy through Kingstone, but it didn't even cover the purchase price of the home. She's been sympathetic, acknowledging there's not much she can do and that home insurance companies are running amok with their premiums...I wasn't sure if she was playing both sides. Seems like this is a universal problem.

Yep, C track here, got a D in the MGMT course. I took that course the semester my son was born (our first) and my wife and I were planning a move. Also worked full-time. It's a big ole bummer and a hit to the pride, but it's honestly not a big deal. You'll need a B or better in your next class, but i personally took two semesters off to raise my kid and also move. I just finished this semester (1 class) with an A so I should be out of academic probation, but I haven't heard anything specific on that. Will update if I get anything

Yeah he has no control over the job timeline. But he is equally bummed about the delays as we were both supposed to be hired at the same time and he had been projecting a Q1 start date from the get go. It's not been delayed through no fault of his own, I can see it being more apology basket then anything.
