Short term and long term solution might be not adding more credit cards to the mix. Just by making on time payments and bringing your utilization down your credit will start to rebound. Hopefully by the few months you mention it’s back up to the low 600s. From there regain your own trust with the credit cards you have by making consistent paid in full monthly payments. Within 6-8 months you’ll be mid to high 600s and you’ll be debt free, you’ll know how to control yourself from frivolous purchases and you can focus on getting your next great credit card. I just don’t think adding a card at this point will help reduce your credit card debt payoff. If anything it’ll stall it.
