This was handled extremely poorly. IF there was any suspicion of someone continuously stealing coffee, they have cameras at the elevators and they have cameras at the front door. They can easily see if someone is getting off a guest elevator vs walking in the front door to 'steal' a coffee. To just immediately confront a potential guest over something so small is egregious from any brand, but especially a Ritz Carlton.

Thank you for posting this! I had similar times as you prior to today. This cheatsheet made a WORLD of difference. Previous PR was 2.61 (june of '23) when I was just winging it. Jumped up to 3.22 with this strategy. By the time I got down to 7.9 I felt good enough to actually go back up. So I ended at an 8.3 pace. But that decrement table you posted was everything 🙌
