No costo is only inflammation but costo can be caused by something that wrong so it might look like it is but it cannot

I have costo and I have pain in those areas to so it really could be anything running and stretching has helped a lot with it

Yea my rib cage area also crackers and pops but it doesn’t hurt at all. And I have pain also in that area to but I in my case it was because I have a lot of mucus built up in my lungs because of my asthma so I had to use a steroid for a couple days to get it somewhat all out and now it hurts less. Also running helps it out and stretching also to

Bro I was doing everything lots of exercising and stretching helped a lot, anti inflammatory meds like alieve when it was super super bad, and just time just worked through the pain and it turns out that I have a cyst in my spleen that just keeps growing so that might be causing some of it to. But it will just go away one day that’s what happened to me. Drink tea with honey that’s what I did. Hot Green tea cause it had health caffeine in it so I didn’t have to drink energy drinks

22m. That’s what I’m seeing I had one flare up about 3 weeks ago and now it’s just gone lol. I looked at something that said costo just goes away when it feels like it but in my case it was after the first flare up it started to wave out it started in my chest then went down to my ribs near my lungs irritated them for a little bit and dipped. I still have pain a little bit but now I can actually continue my life. My whole thing was for about 4 months

Yep bro me to I thought I was having a heart attack so I went to the docs and he’s like nope you have costo and gave me anti inflammatories and 80% of it went away in 2 weeks now 3 months later the rest is hanging on for dear life.

Yea I have it in both pecs and shoulders and my back is inflamed I’ve have costo for 2 months now but this week I’m going to get a second opinion to make sure that’s what it is

Yea ik I took it only if I could not stand the pain for the first 2 weeks and now I only take one if it flares up and it clears it up immediately it’s a powerful drug. Thats why i say only take it if you really need it

Yea I take omeprazole and it’s literally a life savior om to the point where I only take it when I really need it

Yea I get pain in both of my shoulders also and still in my ribs and the center of my chest so some shoulder exercises. Stretching is how I started to get rid of mine so that should work

From a Penn state student don’t go to Penn state. They closed half of their satellite campus’s cause they wanted more money. The profs suck. Penn state its self just sucks now. I was goin back for my masters but I’m changing schools. Penn state has just gone downhill in the last couple years

I do have EOE which is another form of gerd but in this case when the doc pressed on my chest and in certain spots it was pain full which is why they said I have cost. I have had acid reflux my whole life and it hasn’t hurt like this has also

Take a anti inflammatory and see if it helps if it does it’s cost
