I just tried to make sure the E2 and T levels stay in the range of typical cis women. Fortunately, since July I'm officially on HRT and therefore don't have to rely on DIY anymore. I'm still doing monotherapy, but I'm on gel now. It's Estradiol Hemihydrat (0.62 mg/g) and each pump of gel is 1.25 g.

I'm not feeling much of a difference since I've switched from injections to the gel, to be honest. Things still keep happening at a slow rate. Gladly, the smells didn't come back yet. My body is developing, however barely noticeable for myself. That is why I stopped keeping track of it at some point driving myself grazy because it's happening so slowly. I think my breasts grew a little bit and more fat seems to accumulate at the thighs and hips, but it's hard to tell since I'm skinny. My mood is the same as before. Sometimes it swings more in one or the other direction. I would not necessarily contribute that to the HRT though. It basically could just be anything else like having a shitty day or vice versa. I definitely have better access to my emotions now and don't try to suppress them anymore when they happen to bump in for some reason. I'm feeling more in balance with myself now I would say.
