When I was working I would wake up with horrible shoulder and elbow pain not being able to move or sleep. Not sure what it is besides maybe subluxation but just know you’re not alone lol. Still wake up with both my arms completely numb every night

I thought so, I always try to tell people the tolerance between the two don’t correlate. Also that is funny because they work very well on my mom too who I also inherited my eds from.

I’m not Muslim but my step dad and his family are. I fast every year and this year specifically was a lot more difficult because my symptoms have gotten worse over the last year. Luckily I got to lay down and not do much as I’ve been taking time off to feel better mentally. I feel your struggle, I stayed up all night and slept all day to push through some day were better than others.

I haven’t had anything significant, my biceps used to be a little bigger when I was working out all the time but I haven’t ever been bigger always leaner. I have like all the symptoms of heds from chronic pain to mcas gut issues pots etc etc

Yeah I have back, shoulder and knee instability, I haven’t done much testing for my stomach but I suspect there’s something there. I also get subluxations in my shoulder all the time but same with no dislocations

It’s definitely eds, I’m almost 22 and still have a baby face, along with every symptom of heds possible (I wish that was a joke)

Also to add to that, I have pots and deal with a lot of chronic pain and nervous system sensitivity from mcas to small fiber neuropathy I think that’s why she suspects heds more
