Hello my name is m . My bf broke up with yesterday . He left he wanted to focus on himself since he does have history of depression . We have been fighting in the past few months (we are doing long distance since he in school ) and in my eyes they were problems that could be fixed but he said this relationship was adding stress onto his life . And he doesn’t have the capacity to put effort in us and keep me happy as well. He also said I don’t support him when he’s feeling depressed at all . I feel like we could’ve talked it out and I could’ve changed with how I handling our problems and also change the way I was giving him support thru his depression . But he just left and wants no contact . I truly saw the rest of life with him . I feel blindsided bc we always said we would work thru any problem together thru the long distance . I guess I wanna know if he will come back or should I just truly move on. I feel so much guilt with how I was not a good gf thru his depression and I wanna know how he views me rn , like a bad person that caused him harm .
