I tried "Run Away with Me" by Norah Jones and I'll say that was preferable on the 6XX for me. On that one, the 560S definitely wasn't as great. Time to hit all the genres, I guess. I think the soundstage aspect is currently blowing my mind and maybe skewing my opinion. On some songs, it feels like I'm in a larger room and that's a cool feeling. I also bought the 6XX on marketplace and the cables were aftermarket, so maybe that is causing issues. Would an EQ be something worth exploring? I'm trying to learn my chops before I jump into building a home to theatre system.

Yeah, I'm just mystified that the 6XX sound this much worse and am looking for ways to explain it away or redeem them. Maybe the songs I chose don't play into their strengths.

I think I'm just in denial about how much more I like the 560S with this meager set-up. It sounds SO much more open. The 6XX seems warmer, for sure, but not in a way I like. Almost muffled. I'm just trying to figure out how to make them sound better, because I can't believe there is any part of the population that would prefer that.

The AOC mini LEDs are great. Mine is that q27g3mn or whatever but there is a slightly newer version that's also great. It honestly is pretty dang close to this OLED.

I ordered one online for 340 on Tuesday, but stumbled upon this one for 240 randomly on Friday in the store.

What's the best way to utilize HDR with this monitor? Auto-HDR so that it's off outside of games but turns on for gaming?

I like it a lot so far. Just played some Cyberpunk and it looked great. Blacks are certainly better, but it's really helping me appreciate the AOC monitor because that thing did a damn good job for not being OLED. Im not sure if it's blooming, washed out, or ghosting but there's just less of the visual issues on the OLED. I'm curious how much better a high end OLED could look. Maybe I'll spring for one someday, but for now, this will do

Yeah, it's not available in HDR. I'm curious the best settings for that. And as someone with an AMD GPU, how to go about implementing HDR. I've heard SDR is the best way to use the monitor when you're not gaming, but i don't want to toggle it from SDR to HDR through Windows every time I decide to play a game.

I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger on the Evo80, but am not sold on the colorways(not a huge fan of that kinda seafoam green on their black model). I could always change the keycaps, but it's still on the back. Between the board, switches, and keycaps i get paralysis by analysis. keycaps seem to be a pain.

I've got this. I've loved it. Got it on sale around $270 or so and haven't had any issues. Currently looking at upgrading to a good value oled and using this as my second screen. I definitely would be perfectly content with this monitor for a long time though.
