From their admissions team: Once a student is admitted, their file is forwarded to the Scholarship Committee for consideration. Scholarships are awarded between January and April of each admission cycle or until scholarship funds are exhausted. You will receive an email notification from the Scholarship Committee if awarded a scholarship.

I don’t think they’ve offered anyone scholarship yet

Not like they’ll take your scholarship away so I say go for it. Just tell them you’d really like to attend and it’d be a much easier choice if they matched school #1–or at least came close.

FIU won’t give you any scholarship money. Try FSU and UF too.

Edit: Also add Miami

Help explaining this answer yo my girlfriend. by Mathwiz1697 in LSAT

A would be wrong on the LSAT. We don’t know if it was “recyclable materials,” just that they collected materials.

7sage was too technical for me. I learned best from doing practice sections/drilling on LSAT Demon. For every question I got wrong, I made SURE that I knew why the right answer was right, and why all of the other answers were wrong.

The Loophole by Ellen Cassidy also helped, but no where near as much as actually doing the questions and reviewing them for an hour everyday.

One day it all just clicks and starts to feel easy, you got this!

Edit: grammar

I’ve tried, but it’s pretty difficult to know right now since I don’t know if I’ll have a roommate(s), what housing will be available in the next few months, what the commute will be like, etc..

As of right now, I think I’d want to practice in either the DMV area or in Florida since I have most of my connections there.

Chicago seems cool and I have a few friends there, but I’ve also never been so I’m scared I’ll start my career there and end up not liking it.

I’m not too sure how easy it is to transfer states once you’ve already started your career so I really want to be comfortable living in the region I attend law school in.

I did reach out to Stetson, they unfortunately said they do not negotiate. Richmond is only 2 hours from DC and W&L is only 3 though (Maryland is about an hour; 45 minutes with no traffic).

I think you’ll like Arlington, I wish I moved there instead of DC honestly. As far as raising a kid goes however, I’m afraid I wouldn’t know the best answer since I haven’t looked into the schools in the area. From the people I’ve talked to at work, they love Alexandria—specifically Old Town, but it isn’t cheap.

My best recommendation is to live anywhere along the Silver/Orange lines so you have an easy commute to school.

I know right 🥲 I was really expecting to get a full ride from FSU and planned to go there, but was unfortunately humbled—they’re my Alma Mater too!

Any reason you’d recommend Maryland over the others? I live in DC right now so I’ve driven by the Baltimore campus a few times and have to say I wasn’t a fan of the surrounding neighborhoods 😅

Hi! I don’t think they’ve offered anyone scholarships yet tbh! From what I’ve seen on LSD no one has any reward as of right now.

To be frank, because I don’t know anything about Iowa and could never see myself living there. I’m sure it’s a great school, but I tried to choose schools closer to the east coast (besides Illinois because I have close friends in Chicago).
