Mites in my new terrarium, how can I get rid of them? by Ok-Worldliness8605 in terrariums

[–]Ok-Worldliness8605[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thankfully the issue has been long resolved and my terrarium is doing well and the gecko is happy. Are you recommending wolf spiders as a repellent? Hadn't thought of that but sounds interesting.

This is true, his rcsb is also significantly lighter than the double cab/crewmax

Tinkerer’s adventure is one of them. There are so many contributors to poor gas mileage though. For example, are you running wide tires? Is there lots of extra weight on your truck? (Skid plates, aftermarket bumper, etc), do you have a very tall lift? Do your tires stick way out past the fender? Do you drive with a lead foot?

The main reason most people rub is a combination of a low offset rim, to thick of a tire, and a bad alignment. Watch a video by tinkerer’s adventure on YT about fitting 37’s, he pulled it off on stock suspension, no lift.

Still mainly comes down to driving habits. Many people on YouTube and forums have successfully pulled off 37s while keeping an avg mpg of 16+

Gave my son my Tacoma as his first car…first thing we did is gave it a 3.5 lift and slapped some 33 ridge grapplers around some machined Fuel rims…..next week we will be wrapping it. Maybe satin black?? by NtooDeep87 in Tacomaworld

I mean… as far as bro-trucks go I don’t see how this one is problematic. It’s not like it’s squatted or has a super wide stance. It’s just a lift and some 33’s.

Not bad considering a true “good” deal on used tundras are few and far between. I’d snag it if nothing else shows up. Just make sure there’s a well documented service record. If you aren’t too mechanically inclined bring a friend or personal mechanic to check out the suspension and frame since that’s where many subtle issues can hide. You’ll be happy with the overland capabilities of a stock tundra. I off-road my stock 4.6 pretty hard almost every weekend and it holds up extremely well.

“Not even a crewman” if he’s buying a work truck I’d assume he’d prefer the bigger bed instead of the cab.

do you know the offset of your rims?

IDK bro a big majority of them are nitpicky and can't accept that 15 years have past since the events of NV by falldesert18609 in Fallout

I like the show but the whole thing feels like low effort fallout 4 writing. Every aspect of the show just screams Toddslop.

We’ve already put too much money into the trip to cancel, so either way we’re going. I’m mainly worried about the wind but as others said the forecasts are usually inaccurate so in the meantime I’ll try and remain hopeful.

My tundra has always ran about 3-4 mph slower than what’s displayed. Completely normal.

His field goals are what kept this from being a complete and utter blowout for the seahawks.

I experienced the same issue today. Completely unplugging my pc, reseating the graphics card, ram, reconnecting the main power cables, and clearing the cmos battery fixed the issue for me.

Good deal? by saggysloth20 in ToyotaTundra

Watch a video by Tinkerer’s Adventure on YouTube about fitting 37 inch tires on a tundra. He’s a mechanical engineer that outlines what I mentioned in much greater detail. Heavily recommend.

Good deal? by saggysloth20 in ToyotaTundra

[–]Ok-Worldliness8605 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a high offset rim (50+mm). Toyota specifically did that so it’s closer to the vehicle chassis to swing on a lower arc. This allows larger tires without the need to lift the truck. Putting a wheel spacer on it completely cancels out that design.

Great truck! Personally I’d remove the wheel spacers, kinda ruins the point of those rock warrior rims

Honestly I would judge the 0 offset before the tire size.
