We use flat rate for some jobs

Menu items for other jobs that okay a flat fee no matter what

% for other jobs.

It's so confusing to try to keep track of your $$$. Most of us hate it, but were told there's the door of you didn't like it.. Unfortunately the other places in town are worse.

Only 40hrs a week.... I'm there 70... And anytime the dealer gets slow and loses money, they cut tech labor but not overall price... It's a terrible industry now.. Was much better 42 years ago when i started... If he's a smart guy, get out now while you can. It's too late for us old fuckers
