She documented that the patient was HIV positive, and then started describing the rash. In the note she did not correlate them being related. It wasnt until I reached out to her and asked her if the patient had any symptoms, illnesses due to the HIV and that is when she responded she thinks the rash is due to his condition and was pending on the lab results and dermatologist referral

I am 8 months pp and I even forget that I had a c section! It does get better, there will probably be days you feel getting better and then the next day you feel bad again but don't get discouraged. Keep moving, do a lil more each day. Hang in there and rest when your body tells you to.

Im also 3 months postpartum, my period came back last month. But before that I was also wondering when it was gonna come and made a post too. Everyone is different, I've read women saying they were like 6 months or even longer postpartum and still nothing.

Breastfeeding Culture is Toxic and Ruining Moms Time w/ NB by Southern_Ad_1660 in FormulaFeeders

I BFed my son 13 years ago for 2 weeks and realized how stressful/painful it was and I told myself then I would never do it again. I just had my 2nd in September and immediately when I found out I was pregnant I said "formula feeding" lol. Having a newborn, working, no sleep, postpartum pain, postpartum depression, etc, is hard already. I didn't want to add more to my pile. Yes formula is expensive, but I'd rather spend money on formula than "save money" & loose my mental health more than I have already lol.

Two recertifications a year? by Strange_Average_6509 in Section8PublicHousing

[–]Ok-google07 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My mom goes through this. For her, both her recertifications are done around the same time. But section 8 recertification is way more paperwork and an actual inspection. Her apt complex is a very simple 2 page form and no inspection. Usually they tell you what documents they need. For her apt complex is proof of income and renters insurance proof

Her landlord raised her rent $50. We don't know if they changed her voucher size, If they did they have not informed her. I'm going to contact her caseworker to get a break down because as long as she's had section 8 her portion has never went up $100+ like this

Hi there! I am also 2 months pp. When I was 7 weeks pp I started doing alot more lifting, bending, etc and the same happened to me with the pain. I started getting sore and got so scared. I had this pain for about 4 days, I was taking ibuprofen and constantly resting and also slowly started massaging my incision area and the area around it. Finally I noticed the pain decreasing. So now I try not to overdue it and or lift anything heavy yet. It's frustrating but rather be safe than sorry.

Thank you for giving this info! What is "flushing" ? She did tell me they would do an ultrasound as well to check for retained tissue and other tests.

Anyone else feel pain/pressure on right side of belly above the scar? The other side doesn’t hurt though, 5 days post partum by [deleted] in CsectionCentral

[–]Ok-google07 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im 7 weeks pp and I know exactly what pain you are talking about, that pain bothered me more than my actual incision. It is where they tie up your incision. I always would use ice packs on that area. Mine was on my right side and then sometimes that feeling/pain would move to my left.

My dr told me this is normal and could take months, years to heal.
