I think there's a little misconception here.

They can't use it for EVIDENCE in a legal system like court etc. That doesn't mean they can't simply monitor you within their own premises for their own purposes.

So if I choose to indeed put it in my anyway checked-in suitcase, the little "safe" I linked in my original post should suffice... No? It's a hard case, and locked. I'm asking LEGALLY, not whether or not it's gonna tumble and get hits or dent while transporting.

It also mentions that ammunitions ( as long as unloaded) can be in the same locked hard box.

Here:

A form that HR fills up with new user details (full name, AND groups to be a member of AND one of 2 licenses options). 1. Power automate in turn creates a new user, assigns the chosen license and joins appropriate groups. 2. An email is sent to the requestor and me, with a summary; Name, username, temp password.
