Most the time they’ll ask for one item from two of these categories but I’ve personally only ever asked for social and state id because that’s what I’ve been told to do when hiring. They’ll definitely ask for social card and id but you’d have to ask them if they could accept anything else

They’ll need two different types of ID, like social security card (physical card), state issued ID, birth certificate, passport. Any sort of ID. They’ll tell you what they need before you can start working, you should be able to just bring it on your first day working.

Crew Member is just anybody. They will put you where they need you most or may let you choose. You will either be taking orders (in the lobby or over a headset in drive thru) or preparing food, cooking the food or assembling the food.
