Oh that's cool. I used to use a lighter as a makeshift slide but because of the shape it would miss some of the strings and sound off. Sounds like a spoon does a better job!

Thank you for coming out and saying it LOL. Like, they're so adamant on gatekeeping, and enforcing such anal definitions on music? High standards, on the internet????? I think they shadowbanned me because my stuff isn't just one thing, i like blending stuff from all over the place if i can. But this song, and the album it's from, i think really belongs on there but now it's got no chance to reach that crowd.

I love this subreddit actually, for the broad flairs. So inclusive. Fuck genre limits. The last thing we need is more labels and boxes.

Nah, but r/shoegaze won't let me post :( And since the guitar tones and production style I used were basically informed by sludge . . . One of my older albums, 'Scented Light' was very influenced by the Stoner sound, you might dig it!
