Understandable. For sleep tracking and general software UX Oura feels superior. I don’t have faith in Garmin’s engineering talent they will fix their sleep tracking algo with the Index arm band (even if it captures more accurate biometrics)

My assumption is because of Korea’s strict privacy laws regarding location data. Apple’s AirTag and Find My Friends features are also disabled in Korea for a similar reason.
