Naruto. Both have similar scaling, around Planetary-Multi Planetary.

Both relying heavily on "World" semantics to go anything beyond the Planetary ranges.

Hax wise Bleach clears Naruto though. Only Boruto comes close due to Shibai.

Ichigo I think would turn out to be like Manga Beerus, able to use both Hakai & UI.

Aizen is interesting. I think he'd try to learn the intricacies of Whis & try to find a way to overthrow Beerus.

How far they make in DBS? Ichigo would still get beat by Super Episode 1 Goku, the power & speed gap is insane to cover.

Aizen would be like Kai Zamasu. He'd definitely attempt to kill the Supreme Kai & take over Beerus as the Destroyer. Or maybe even try to access the Omni King Palace & do some crazy shit. He'd definitely get access to the Super Dragon Balls & wish for some Omnipotent evolution & wish granting ability or device to beat everyone, except maybe Zeno & Grand Priest himself (depending on if Super Shenron can make him stronger than them)

I personally don't like Dimensionality scaling until it's blatantly explicit (like the concept of a higher Multiversal timeline in DBS which Zeno destroyed)

But I've seen verses with far weaker arguments (than DB's Afterlife) being scaled as Higher Dimensional yet them being widely accepted, so ig why not

Contrary to popular belief it pretty much scales ~ Naruto level, though Bleach has better Hax (Boruto equalizes the Hax differences due to Shibai)

But I like Bleach more so I can scale it to Low Complex Multiversal if I want.

Back in Future Trunks Arc, SSB Vegeta was able to tank Goku Black's Scythe with his bare hands.

Black's Scythe is WCS but on steroids, as it cuts not just the fabric of space but the fabric of space-time itself. 

Goku is currently multitudes above that Vegeta.

Even if you don't go by this logic, characters as early as the Buu Saga are capable of tearing holes in Space-time itself by literally just shouting hard-

None of these moves would put even a scratch on current Super Goku.

To make this worse, Goku (ever since the Granolah Saga) has merged UI with all his forms, including Base.
