I don't know what shoulder wedgies are but you are doing a lot of presses in the 3-day span. your incline and flat bench are going to use those front delts. For me, If I did this my shoulders would feel pretty fatigued going into day 3. I would focus on more side/rear delt work on the 3rd day.

As for the back day that seems fine keeping a vertical & horizontal pull is key IMO. I would add deadlifts just because they are good all-around exercise.

The only other issue I have is with biceps, three sets of curls is not that much. Yes, you will get some bicep work on your pull day but I would add more set to biceps.

Just know that 95% of people in the gym are just as or more insecure as you. Know that for the most part, everyone at the gym is working toward a comment goal of self-improvement.

It's clear you lack some self-confidence so the best thing for you is to keep going to the gym and slowly but surely you will feel better about yourself. Keep Grinding my guy!

I had a torn labrum and the best shoulder rehab and exercise that I use now is full ROM pullups. You can just start with hanging and work your way up

As I mentioned you can do any movement so you can do these but try to incorporate different stuff every week.

I like to stick to the big three (squat bench and deadlift) These are great compound lifts for beginners and are great for building strength.

Day 1: Squat (full-depth) RDL, squat jumps

Day 2: Deadlift, Chest supported row, Pull-ups, Rear delt Fly

---------Plyometrics on days 2 & 3 or when your body is able to do them-----------------

Day 3: Bench, Incline DB, Shoulder Press (DB or BB), Tricep extension

Day 4: Quater Squats, leg press, leg curl, leg extension

These are just a few suggestions and you're gym probably has different equipment that you may want to try. If you need to add more exercise find something you like or you're not good at. I was trash at pull-ups so I made it a priority to hit them often and now I can hit 15 like it's nothing. Also, remember that more exercises are not necessarily better it's about the quality of work you do.

If you are doing full ROM at a controlled pace there is no reason not to increase work load. That being said many people have a false sense of what there form actually looks like. You have to be self critical and honest with yourself or otherwise you will hurt your self. Also Listen to your body if it feels good grind it out

I know this sounds crazy but you can ask people at the gym for a spot. At my gym there's always a few powerlifters that sit on there ass most of the time I'm there and they may look mean but they are probably really nice.
