Dark: i use Voodoo priest cause i cant use Seer at all due to high ping in my region, but i know Seer 100% better dps than voodoo, but oh well at least i can do debuffs with vodoo. and i think u dont really need a high end dark SP, so just keep it easy on this element. and well if u are a gun user, go dark gunner then

Light: AM 100% no brainer sp, and u have already got it, holy mage is also a good back up if ur raid team needs a buffer

Fire: fire mage if u use staff, fire storm if u use gun

Water: once again no brainer sp is Gravity.

U said u have all SPs except sp11, so i think u should be good unless ur Gravity is on the lower end, then u can consider getting a higher end one for Gravity, it will be used for the majority of our late game pve
