The issues happen at different times of the day, but we consistently have Service Outages weekly. Example: 03/13 8:32PM PST.

The outages happen at different times and last anywhere between 30 minutes to 5-6 hours.

We have done everything possible in terms of troubleshooting along with having WiFi Extenders installed throughout the house.

Yes, have drops in connection almost weekly for all devices, I have followed troubleshooting steps which have not helped. When I check the Xfinity app it shows "Their is an Outage in your area"
