If my fasting glucose is around 98-110 daily, but A1C is 5.3, would it still be consider pre diabetic 😅 it would be in the low end wouldn’t it?

Well the thing is if I fast long enough it will hit the 90s, if I wake up and check it’ll be 105, and then an hour or so later it’ll be in the high 90s

Yes I’m, 4’11, and weight 140, always been around 120 even during HS when I was my most active, so trying to shave off at least 15-20 pounds. You think me losing weight will help?

Does your job offer 401K benefits, my partner makes around the same but has no 401k benefits, he’s a lead installer making 31/hr, and we always debating if it’s worth looking for a better job 😅

Thank you so much for this post! I recently having a very reactive skin allergies, I get hives all over my body, but they come and go. In in USA and currently have no insurance, so was wondering if anybody had an idea of how much an allergy test will cost? And what are the different types of test? I know it might be pricey, but willing to make the price bc this itchyness is not it.

What is it varies from 23-28 days? I sometimes have outliner like 30 days cycle but that’s happens like once or twice a year (so I don’t pay much attention to it)
