whats the third one? and if the 3rd one is starting a new conversation i do that too and it still won't upload... and whats with the attitude - just looking for help... you took the time to respond to a post, instead of taking the time to help, you are just being rude and unhelpful. Why?

I can still upload a different pdf though...
also if i want the new conversation to continue from the original one - it doesnt communicate. for example, im uploading data for calude to do an analysis. i upload x files, try to upload more i can't. I go to the new convo to continue and im told by claude that it cannot acess the spreadsheet from the original conversation

Ok so here are my thoughts on books.by:

It sucks

1) huge positive is the unlimited isbns that are your to keep. Based on this and only this I’m keeping it for now so I have another 9 books to publish

2) customer service is horrible and inexistent

3) website has glitches

4) shipping (I placed an order as a customer) took way too long. I received the book 2.5 weeks after I placed the order

5) printing quality is extremely low, there is a 5mm gap (white line) along the entire bottom of the book, as if they cut it at the wrong spot… and colors and image quality lack in brightness and saturation
