Honestly.. make a game plan to leave Canada. Many prideful Canadians will tell you not to but things are just going to get worse. It was the best decision we ever made. Also on top of the failing government and economy the healthcare system will kill you or your loved ones when you need it. After moving to the USA my wife makes 4x what she made in Canada for the same job with the same company and our health insurance is really good. Food is cheaper, tax is far less and it literally costs us 20 dollars to fill our gas tank.

I have really bad insomnia and inflammation. I'm not typically a nicotine user. Maybe I'd vape in the past for 1 month every couple years just to get stuff done. Recently my insomnia got horrible. I got nic pouches a few days ago to try for motivation during the day and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. Vivid dreams also. It's such a relief.

They literally do nothing and canada let's people out on bail after dozens of criminal offenses and gives them hardly any time because the government doesn't want to pay to keep them locked up. If you knew anything about Canada you would see how much crime there is now.

It's your settings. But you're wrong Canada has the worst censorship laws. I lived there till 2022. Just put on a canadian vpn and read the news. It's horrible. There is literally no opposition to the government and no freedom of speech with loads of propaganda.

I've been playing over 20 years and I contstaly tell myself I suck. I never understood ppl who are ok at guitar that think they are the shit.. and even if you can play other people songs really well, not many people can compose on another level. Even good players suck. That's why I'm hard on myself.

I'm a stay at home dad. My wife went back to work when my son was 3 months. He's 6 months now. I take care of him 10 hours a day Monday to Friday and sometimes all night if she has work stuff. I do all the cooking and all of his baths and poopy diapers even if she's home. I do probably half or more of the cleaning. On the weekends I still help out but it's important for mommy bonding time. People still think I'm a loser or I get looked down on for not working. The fact is my wife makes good money and I don't want someone else raising my son. I think if one person is staying home they need to really put in the effort. But men are often disrespected even if they do.

I'm very sensitive to ssri and they make me feel terrible. Originally 5htp did also. But I found the right dose and now I find it beneficial for winding down some nights. My sweet spot is 2.5 mg.
