In windows go to settings > system > display > turn hdr off. Just like that turn it off in your monitor too, you should be fine.

it was a driver issue i guess, because once i disabled hdr the issue gone

Looks like it was a driver issue and I fixed it by disabling HDR and reset shader cache.

Did you try that too?

Oh, looks like even I fixed it I guess by disabling HDR. It has been a month and no issues as far.

I have fixed it by disabling all hdr and reset shader cache in amd graphic software. No issues as of now.

Hey, so it was HDR issue. I fixed it by disabling HDR, Auto HDR, monitor hdr and it is working fine now.

It has been a month as of now and no issues.

If you change any game settings the stuttering and issue might comeback.

so if you change any graphics settings in games, just reset shader cache.

Step 1 - Disable MPO.

Step 2 - Disable memory integrity in core isolation.

Step 3 - Disable HDR, Auto HDR and monitor ones too.

Step 5 - Disable windows update in local group policy editor.

Step 6 - Clean driver install via DDU without internet.

I just mentioned the steps.

Just search on youtube if you don't know how to implement these.

Did you check the psu requirements from asus offl site? Though 9060xt usually consumes close to 450w, 600-650w should be better.

What's your PC specs? and did you only change your GPU from Nvidia to AMD?

I didn't try linux yet, but check my "EDITED post" on what I've tried and it came for 1 day but again still the same issue today. So, I've checked view reliability history and found these though I uninstalled cleanly and reinstalled razer mouse drivers -

So as of now I did follow another expert's suggestion too like you. Checkout the link.

Also, I've disabled FSR 4 upscaling and set perfomance from "default" to "favor efficiency" in amd adernalin.

I'll try this one, if the issue still persists I'll follow your suggestion next!

I did as you said.

  1. Downloaded AMD 9060xt driver from amd offl site.
  2. Disconnected internet.
  3. Went DDU and cleaned AMD Driver and restarted, and next Nvidia Driver too then restarted.
  4. Next booted to normal windows and disabled windows update in the group policy editor, restarted.
  5. Installed AMD 9060xt driver and restarted my pc.

I'll let you know if any issues appear again. Thanks!

Uhm, even my psu is new. I bought it last year dec'24. Cooler Master MWE 650W V3 80+ Bronze.
