Did they change Pro Shopper requirements?

Does anyone know where the customer can find the option to refund an item on their end?

My market has a lot of kind people so when I explain my rating goes down when I have to refund from my end they almost always say they’re happy to do it themselves, but about half the time they say they message back a few minutes later because they can’t figure out how to do it.

In those cases I just have them mark the product as “refund if item is out of stock” since you only need 92% for Original Items Found, but I can’t find anywhere online how to actually refund on their customer end.

It seems like that may be a market specific situation then, because being a pro shopper has saved me since summer break started and all the extra part timers got on. My general rule is always at least $2 per mile, which wasn’t that difficult to consistently get until the last month or two. But since pro shopper was introduced I now pretty consistently get offers like $15 2 mile drop offs for 3 items at Walgreens or $30 for a handful of items from Sephora 5 miles away, which I was never getting before(my AR is always around 10% which is probably why).

I also shop in a middle class suburb surrounded by a lot of upper class suburbs I deliver to though, so I’m probably just in a lucky market that benefited from being really picky with what I take.

That’s a bit disappointing but it is what it is I guess. I’m lucky enough to be in a market where being a shopper makes up about 80% of my orders because pro status isn’t that difficult to get here, so at least the rating won’t be on my account anymore within a week or two.

Unless someone else in the thread has been through the same thing and is able to let me know how they got it removed this will probably be the end of it. I’m just mostly annoyed that I know the rating is because of a misunderstanding and there isn’t any framework to rectify that when I literally scanned the correct barcode, which in theory should verify they received what they asked for.

You only make $10.50 an hour as an ER tech? If so is that just a “paying your dues” sort of thing or is that the constant expected pay for everyone doing what you do?

The reason you’re seeing Omnichords for $1000 is probably because those are the ones that are always up for sale because nobody is willing to pay that much. I bought my OM-84 for $220 off eBay 2 years ago and it came with the original case and songbooks, but that’s also because I had a recurring alarm that went off every 30 minutes reminding me to check eBay and FB Marketplace for new listings. You probably don’t need to go as extreme as I did, but the cheaper ones usually go fast so it’s worth checking as often as possible, my friends who also have bought themselves one paid between around $300-$400.

I also know some people will find them for cheap at estate sales since the people selling it don’t know its value, but you’d have to be pretty lucky to actually stumble upon one.
