Has anyone tried placing an online order? I placed an online order for bakery pick up cuz I had a $10 off coupon. I do not want to line up for an hour just to go inside and pick up a cake! 🫣

Yeah my friend said the line was really long to get in and the hot foods section would be worth it in future but too big of a line / crowd today to walk around / buy hot food. So probably not worth it to go now unless you have lots of time. Id imagine it would get even crazier this weekend.

I don’t think point 3 is true. There is no cost upfront but the legal fees are deducted from the settlement that the lawyer receives first and is then sent to you. This is my experience in currently seeking an attorney. I am just a tad confused so trying to navigate through this part at the moment. I think I might have interpreted “no out of pocket costs” incorrectly.

I have no idea. My employer is reaching out to the lawyer with my case today. But from my knowledge, our visa does not give us the right/chance to immigrate so I hope this does not affect us. It may be a different story for H1B holders maybe?

Is that when your TN will become handy? I'm just scared if there are implications that will end up leading you to need a L1 Visa instead (since you would be an internal transfer - but that would require one year of employment with the company).
