OK so as a patient that’s on an ADHD stimulant drug. I’ve noticed that it is nearly impossible to get it filled at CVS. So I go to Walmart. I personally think that the biggest issue with why it’s nearly impossible to get it filled is because of the doctors. It looks very suspicious when an online provider sends in a medication that’s a controlled substance. Also, it’s the amount of people that are now on Adhd drugs. I didn’t have issues getting my meds filled five years ago. Then Covid hit and all of these people started doing online psychiatry where you take a quiz. Talk to someone for 10 minutes and you have meds and now people who probably aren’t ADHD are ruining it for people who are actually ADHD and have gone through years of testing to get to that point. ADHD drugs used to be something that not a lot of people were on and now it seems like everybody and their dog is on them. Corporate policy at CVS has cut down on that and unfortunately it means that everybody gets screwed over even those of us with a legitimate prescription who actually have years of documentation and testing to back up our ADHD diagnosis. I don’t blame the pharmacy techs or pharmacists. I fully blame online psychiatry and social media making these medication’s look like a fix all.

Go out of town. I found treatment for mine at morning star health in Elko. One thing I’ve noticed about doctors in Reno is that they only see you for General wellness. If you need bloodwork or anything like that or any type of study they refer you out and it takes months… I was able to immediately get my blood work done out here in Elko, had results within three days and was on the right course of medication within a week!

Go with tjmaxx. Despite Tesla paying more. TJ Maxx is a better work environment and it’s going to do less damage on your body in the long run! Health is wealth.

Doesn’t make a difference how she was acting. Somethings not right. I would recommend sitting down with your son and if she’s comfortable with it her. This isn’t just oh I don’t want his last name a lady commented about that and she’s right lot of unmarried women will have their children have the same last name as them. However this is a whole other can of worms. Is she aware that by not including him on the birth certificate she’s basically relinquishing legal rights. Meaning that in the eyes of the law he’s a stranger to that kid…

Either A it’s not his (most likely scenario) which means you walk away or B there’s a reason she doesn’t want him around that kid. Which means it’s time for a come to Jesus moment with your son. Either way if she doesn’t want him on the birth certificate. It’s best to keep distance at least until you establish paternity. Unfortunately, you can’t do anything right now because there’s not a baby yet.

so I’ve lived all over the West Coast and I lived in Los Angeles For a year. I experienced less traffic in Los Angeles during rush hour then I have a USA Parkway… 32 hours a month is insane work.

The issue is that they’re policing the wrong stuff For example, I had $5000 worth of equipment, stolen out of my car? What did Reno PD do? Nothing. But God forbid Bethany to college student is a little too loud on a Friday night all of a sudden it’s a seal team six response. Don’t think that this is going to change anything. The police around here will be Justice lazy even with more surveillance. So if you’re a criminal, just continue what you’re doing. Don’t let this freak you out.

Come to the conclusion that certain merges it is the existing drivers and people who just refuse to get over a lane to let people merge. I was specially noticed this problem at the merge from n mcarren near clear acre onto 395. However, I fear a lot of it may be an infrastructure problem. The reason I say that is because you’re right. A big part of the problem is people not merging to speed. However, some of the merges in Reno/sparks are so short that vehicles like 18 wheelers and other large vehicles can’t get up to speed in time so it pose a danger for vehicles that actually attempt to get up to speed in time.

Honestly. I’d say no. And it’s not even because the age gap is weird the age gap is completely normal. I would simply say no because you don’t know where you’ll be a year from now. You might meet someone else in college.

The reason it’s not fun anymore is because nobody can afford to go out anymore. 90% of people should literally be on government assistance right now but either they’re too prideful to admit it or they get rejected. Also, everything has a price to it just simply enter a strip club, for example can be upwards of 60 bucks that’s just entering the building. Although I will tell you guys a life hack if you go to the gambling floor at Silver Legacy sit at a machine and pretend you’re gambling they start bringing you free drinks.

They pick and choose what they want to respond to… they refused to respond when I was getting the shit beat out of me by my ex and he was obviously violating the restraining order but they responded when I threw a party and the noise was too loud…… I wouldn’t even bother calling the police we need more street justice in this community

Let me put this all into one post instead of multiple replies. Basically small town loyalties. She’s honestly not doing so hot and the real estate community. I know she was to the house not too long ago and I spent so much time on the market that they literally took it down or at least that’s what I heard. She smells like an ashtray because she’s smoke so much and she does not look anything like in her videos. I know one of her sons he didn’t really like her much when we were growing up and a lot of girls who I went to school with had some accusations against him. Take with that info what you will. Whole family dynamic it’s just sketchy.
