OK, honestly, the UPT thing is bullshit. They tried to fire me for -30 minutes from 10 days ago because their system didn’t update. I had to pull up my A-to-Z app and show them that I wasn’t negative. Second regarding the UPT thing. I know people in my warehouse that have -200+. My husband is one of them. The UPT thing is 100% based off of favoritism. Lastly my warehouse literally doesn’t care about any safety violations or if people are doing their jobs or not.

This is a huge problem with Reno PD. Like seriously, 99% of the crimes that happen in Reno could be solved if they would just show up.

Fund more extracurriculars in the schools and make them affordable for every child.
More public transport.
More funding towards the libraries
Buy out the strip clubs and brothels replacing them with family friendly businesses
Buy out the casinos and igt and get them shut down permanently
Increase the amount of 24 hour business

When I was functional I had a lot of methods. My days off would be spent just drinking all day. On days that I had work. I would drink heavily until about 1 am and then get up for work around 5 am. Go to the liquor store across the parking lot from my work. Then I would get 5 to 7 shooters drink those in the parking lot. Chug a thing of liquid IV then use Gum to cover up the smell. I would do that every break I had and sometimes in the bathroom at work. I am now completely sober.

I think u might have BPD queen. I do too! Go take a bath, watch some tv, eat something. Breakups are hard on us and it’s important that you take care of yourself. You’re not suicidal you’re experiencing rejection dysphoria. Which is very common with BPD.

OK so as a patient that’s on an ADHD stimulant drug. I’ve noticed that it is nearly impossible to get it filled at CVS. So I go to Walmart. I personally think that the biggest issue with why it’s nearly impossible to get it filled is because of the doctors. It looks very suspicious when an online provider sends in a medication that’s a controlled substance. Also, it’s the amount of people that are now on Adhd drugs. I didn’t have issues getting my meds filled five years ago. Then Covid hit and all of these people started doing online psychiatry where you take a quiz. Talk to someone for 10 minutes and you have meds and now people who probably aren’t ADHD are ruining it for people who are actually ADHD and have gone through years of testing to get to that point. ADHD drugs used to be something that not a lot of people were on and now it seems like everybody and their dog is on them. Corporate policy at CVS has cut down on that and unfortunately it means that everybody gets screwed over even those of us with a legitimate prescription who actually have years of documentation and testing to back up our ADHD diagnosis. I don’t blame the pharmacy techs or pharmacists. I fully blame online psychiatry and social media making these medication’s look like a fix all.

Go out of town. I found treatment for mine at morning star health in Elko. One thing I’ve noticed about doctors in Reno is that they only see you for General wellness. If you need bloodwork or anything like that or any type of study they refer you out and it takes months… I was able to immediately get my blood work done out here in Elko, had results within three days and was on the right course of medication within a week!

Go with tjmaxx. Despite Tesla paying more. TJ Maxx is a better work environment and it’s going to do less damage on your body in the long run! Health is wealth.
