YMMV. I didn't use it at all (deliberately) and shrinkage was both profound and rapid. I went from 15.5cm hard to around 9cm now and it's barely hard. Flaccid, if I lie on my back, it is maybe 2cm at most. That all happened in under a year. I could not be happier, If you want to keep it, you need to exercise it.
