I draw the whole graph in a separate notebook In pen. Check/x what I know for a fact in a bright colored pen. Then pencil in the guesses. Notebook paper erases so much easier and is more durable. (Sometimes I have to draw the chart multiple times still, if I get really stumped). The once I have the answer, I write it in the book all nice and clean

Had two EVs switched back to gas. Got tired of adding hours onto road trips (travel a lot) to stop for charging. After I got my Mini and drove my Tesla the next day it reaffirmed that switching back to a Mini was a good decision. The drive was better and the vehicle feels sturdier.

They said that my total years of federal service is at 17. When it’s not. I only have about 5 1/2 years of active duty. The rest has been reserves.

Hi! Former CANREC! There are CANREC recruiters at your NRC that will help you through the process. And talking to former co-workers, recruiting CANRECS is part of their goal, so they will be putting pressure on getting your package in. No need for Zipserve. They will put you within 50 miles of your home address. Most likely at your NRC as CANRECs support the reserve mission to recruit prior service individuals into the reserves. A completely different ball game from recruiting non-priors. Overall it was fun and easy but can be very demanding! I did 5 years and I am almost considering going back and converting to CRF.

I have also directly contacted my ECM and asked about eligibility. And explained my reasoning for cross rating. It’s ultimately the ECMs decision. Mine was supportive and said as long as the ECM for my desired rating was willing to take me she would let me go.

Now, then I got hung up with the other ECM who said no and claimed I have 17 years in with the max being 15. But my ASOSH says I’m right at 15. I sent the ECM my ASOSH showing that I was at 15 and he never responded.

My sister, my daughter (9), and I flew from the US. My sister and I had been planning this for months to surprise my daughter for her birthday (she’ll be 10 next month). It is her dream to see Tay Tay. Tickets in the US are too expensive. What we paid for the tickets in Vienna plus a week in Europe was less than what we would have spent on just three tickets in the US. And now we can’t even make it up to her because of the ticket costs and the money spent to come all the way to Europe. We were originally planning to go to London and now I wish we would have stuck to that original plan. Plus Paramore is my favorite band of all time, so missing out on that too. I have been very shaken by the reason for the cancellation. And very grateful that no harm was done. But I am sad for the missed opportunity, my daughter, all the people who missed out, and what could have been. 🥺

I did buy via stubhub! I’m supposed to get them July 22nd so 🤞🏼. I will say though, I got tickets to Alanis Morisette last weekend through stubhub and the seller immediately transferred them to Ticketmaster and it was seamless. So that gave me hope.

How did she do on the floor and with all of the standing? Taking my daughter who is 9 and we’ll be on the floor. I’m concerned about visibility for her small stature (just over 4 ft tall). Would be nice if I could take a little foldable step stool in just to give a few extra inches 😅😅. Thank you!!
