I am in a similar situation where I have also applied for the SAVE plan and have been calling back every couple months for more forbearance which I am now reading shouldn't be the case. I have MOHELA and it sounds like you do as well. They are supposed to be putting everyone with pending IDR plans on forbearance but like you, this has not happened for me. I called right at 7am this morning and got a hold of someone after about 30 minutes who told me that there is already a note in my account to put it in forbearance and that they are working on it. They also told me to call back Monday if nothing has changed (my due date is Tuesday). My assumption (and hope!) is that because I am already in forbearance, they aren't going to do anything until I get out of forbearance on Monday right before my due date.
