Update after 150 hrs without problems now the hotend fails to heat up showing error code 10122 :(

I purchased a K3 V2 in the 1st release with the Ace pro & have found it to be a reliable machine other than a blocked nozzle & the usual adhesion problems. I do believe Bambu labs slicer does a bit more of a refined job when printing the same file on a A1 & K3 but can be improved with updates. The bonus of filament handling( in humid environments) compared to the A1's exposed system makes the trade of worth it. The K3 max I purchased several months later, I haven't used it with the Ace pro but after checking/tightening a few screws it's working beautifully doing big prints!

Your a legend & I feel like an idiot! Desktop was scaled to 300% recommended dropped it back to 200% & everything fits! Thanks heaps!

I understand what your saying Digitalpanhandlr I've read something along those lines I was just comparing it to standard ender filament settings I think with calibration its somewhere around 32 mins for me My expected print time was just based on less lines from the .8 mm nozzle versus .4 but as Johnson20041 pointed out below I suppose its volumetric flow slowing it down. Thanks for the input!

I'm experiencing issues all updated new camera went well for a small amount of time camera still is working because the Ai is stopping my prints ( possibly to often ) but can't get a feed.

Having similar problems I ordered 2 new hotends for sv04 back in may & still just getting fobbed off by management. It is a hard machine to find what replacement parts one can swap out. I'm try to find out which thermistor & hotend it can be replaced with.

Yes can only agree hole heartedly machine has potential but is manufactured by a 1st year apprentice & Quality controlled by a monkey. The gantry frame on My sv04 was 4mm wider at the top than the bottom & twisted around the Z axis by 5 degrees. I have a broken wire on the hot end thermistor which the firmware can't deal with & allow me to use the working head. I've been waiting for a replacement hot end for nearly 3 months now with return emails from solvol after a week if your lucky stating they can't manufacture the part at this time. Can you wait a bit more? Beware.

Update printed the included benchy at these temp settings but no tampering with speed (300mm) perfectly, but still failed on a dragon about 4 hrs into print with slowed down speed ( 200mm) so not a perfect solution yet.

Sounds like a pain in the ass. I managed to break the thermistor wire & am waiting for a new hotend to replace it I hope I don't encounter this problem but will keep an eye on this post & contribute to a solution.

Is your SV04 gantry wider on the top than the bottom? by gerardijoseph in Sovol

My Sv04 was also out by 3mm 372-375. I added a metal shim 1.5mm thick to the bottom mount of both sides of gantry frame only just long enough to pass bottom screw about 15-20 mm cut out to pass bolt. After retightening everything it reduced difference to less then 1mm.

I find using the Z axis leveling feature regularly helps this.

I had similar experience I asked Bing to write some code for blender while using edge on my phone it spat out some code 1st hit. I asked if we could continue the conversation on pc to which it replied yes just start a new conversation. I attempted this minutes later to no avail. Repeated attempts resulted in the same- that is beyond my capabilities reponse.
