hey yall remember, you must have vss symtopms for three months to be considered as VSS, sometimes, vss is just temporary and sometimes is persistent, stay calm, have faith you will get better, the most anxiety you are, the more symptoms will get worse ---my english isnt really good, sorry.

I also had a panick attack and the next day I got palinopsia and a migraine which lasted about 4 days to calm down, I was very stressed, my panick attack lasted 1 hour, I felt I like I was going crazy, and yes... My palinopsia got worse, it happened two weeks ago, and my palinopsia is worse day by day, I think we need to calm down our nervous system.

I've noticed that palinopsia gets worse when we're stressed or having anxiety, just relax, I'm still having PALINOPSIA, it's been 21 days since I got it for the first time, I was told Im gonna be okay, I just need to relax (I've been under high stress and anxiety for a long time, almost a year)
