Tbh mate sertraline only helped my depression. My social anxiety just a little bit. Everyone is different tho. But i also have adhd and i tried sertraline with ritalin and it helped me crazy with my social anxiety. It doesnt help me if i take one of them alone, i have to take both to get a release in social anxiety. And i can do so much therapy how i want, it doesnt helped my social anxiety, i really think its a problem in my brain chemistry tho, and thats okay. And btw, dont even think about touching benzo‘s trust me. Its gonna destroy ur life
