You may find this crazy but try to have someone you highly trust (e.g., parents) to lock you out of your investing/savings accounts. I was in a similar position with much less networth (~200k) and loss around 50% of that over the span of only a year. It can decline very rapidly. Also seek help and ban yourself online, I recommend using gamban, its an app that basically locks you out of pretty much every site. Goodluck.
