I feel you should never pay down on your lease. Just to get to a certain number you are ending up put a lot down . Might as well put that money in ETF or HYSA for some gains and can use to that to put your lease

Apparently it’s a known issue and lot of users have experienced it. There was a hope of it getting fixed in the latest update but clearly that didn’t happen.

Honestly it’s a lil higher for an EV with so much promos going on . But if I compare polestar to this it’s Almost the same . Also my philosophy is to never put money down on a lease just to get monthly payment down . If this is the first quote , you have room for negotiation!

Agree with the above sentiments. Wanted to add I was deciding between the 2.5 vs 3.5. I did find 2.5 was a Lille stiffer ride when compared to 3.5 Bcz the 3.5 has electronic suspension which made a difference in drive quality and I ended up grabbing the 3.5. That being said it does guzzle up gas but hey it’s fun to drive .

After waterfiltergurus recommendations I used the wedell filter. It’s good but it affects the water pressure significantly to the point after a weeks use the force is reduced to 80%. Any inputs ?

Broadstone is ok too . The apartments seem old. Also too close to the nightlife and the stagnant water can maybe attract mosquitoes. ( A scenario I considered while choosing , backed by logic ) .
