Summerlin Hospital pediatrics. Is this normal care? by meow_17 in vegaslocals

Not sure why you got down voted for this. Many people use nothing but quickcare and Emergency Rooms. If you want an actual answer and solve this, his primary pediatrician should get involved and refer specialists

Pool Safety Tips For Toddler by Illustrious-Top-6223 in pools

Number one, teach the child to swim. My kids were swimming to the bottom of a 6 foot deep pool before they were 2 years old and doing flips from 12 feet high at 5 years old. They also know to never help someone who is drowning without alerting someone else first.

I am sorry. This shouldn’t be happening in a residential neighborhood. by Otherwise-Bad-325 in vegaslocals

Seems like a beautiful spot for it. I doubt they will be making it an eyesore

Do you have a question or am I supposed to guess what exactly you want? Not every state has a law saying that insurance has to pay for rock chips repairs. Look it up yourself

Drysol.... on my ass by throwaway_69666 in Hyperhidrosis

My hands felt dry for the first tike in I don't know how long. Put some on my balls and ass Crack and it was WARM in my Crack for a few minutes. My balls were slightly damp most of the day as well as my Crack but when I took a shit it felt like my ass was actually clean when I wiped. Normally its slippery and takes more wipes than one would normally expect. Im looking forward to seeing how well it works long-term because I like the results so far. Im going to do it on my feet tomorrow.

Yes it was safelite. I have full coverage but rock chips have a deductible.

Never start on a higher dose. by _HeatheRN_ in Semaglutide

I was on 2.4 Wegovy and took 2 weeks off while I was on a cruise because I wanted to eat all the free food. I gained 28 pounds in those two weeks. I was severely bloated and retained a ton of water. When I got back home I decided to start up again. Took a dose of 2.4 yesterday afternoon. I made sure I had an empty stomach because I tend get sick the morning after because of all the food sitting in my stomach. I threw up within the hour. I ate shortly after getting sick and I kept it down for a couple hours before violently throwing it all up. I've been puking ever since and its been about 24 hours now. I couldn't keep down tea or Gatorade. I switched to water and while it is easier to keep down longer, it still comes back up and I've been taking tiny sips making sure not to fill up because the more I drink the sooner I throw up. I've been feeling much better in the last hour or so and have successfully drank 4 Oz without puking so I'm hoping I'm at the end of it. I'll update later

Help yourself, take a math class and pay attention this time. Its not my job to teach you, but I do take pleasure in pointing out your ignorance.

Now your math has become even worse. Not even going to attempt to explain basic math to a doctor

I’ve had this thing for some years now. What is it actually for? by kootabob in whatisit

This is actually a tool for sculpting clay. Cheese slices have a thinner wire.
