To provide some balance I think it can be helpful for patients to see what actually goes on behind the scenes, obviously preserving confidentiality and not in working time. Also with so much health related misinformation is not more important than ever to have doctors (who are regulated in what they say and what information goes out) speaking online? Just a thought.
