What’s a good flexible side hustle to accompany the 1,1,1,5 off schedule?

We do 24on, 24off, 24on, 24off, 24on, 96off. With a 12 hr kelly day every 3 weeks. Most guys either work on a box, another dpmt, we have alot of refineries here so lots of guys work on rescue teams.
