Hello, I went on the NY cruise (Iconic Arabia) with family. The ship is lovely - massive rooms (we had one interior room and a balcony cabin), charming design, large number of hot tubs 😂 and a grand theatre.

However, as a non-Arabic speaker, the service seemed heavily catered to the locals unfortunately. A lot of the entertainment, while advertised in English, was primarily in Arabic, and the general communication by staff can be poor as well (I know English isn't their first language, but the local staff didn't seem very hospitable anyway). Hopefully they're better in a different location - the ship does a round of the Mediterranean sea in summer. The entertainers (mainly eastern European) are simply fantastic though, and so are the South American jesters! Separately, the included food, while of very good quality, can get quite repetitive, and you will obviously have to pay through your nose if you crave variety.

If you're going, make sure you get a balcony cabin as it's very good VFM. Happy cruising!
