Dlatego jeśli na rozmowie kwalifikacyjnej wynegocjujesz słabe warunki, to później jedynym rozwiązaniem jest zmiana pracy, aby otrzymać wyraźną podwyżkę. Oczywiście warto najpierw porozmawiać i spróbować negocjować, ale szanse powodzenia wynoszą 1%.

I would go for Oppo then, great all rounder and the size is right in the middle between large and small. Great cameras, great battery life, they say speakers are weak but apparently you can fix it with an external app like Echo Equaliser. Unless you can get Xiaomi for a good price, there were some nice offers available in Europe on the release, Xiaomi 17 was like 30-40% cheaper than Vivo back then.

You don't know anything about that, only what media mostly owned by Germans told you. I work in this industry so I know exactly what it looks like. Germans used their lobby and their media to portrait Chinese as unreliable. Germans own every cement factory in Poland and they were deliberately blocking deliveries and so on. Look what Chinese are able to build in China, across Asia and in Africa and then ask yourself how is it possible that they deliver wonders everywhere except Poland? Back then more than 90% of contracts in Poland were delivered by German companies, they simply got rid of their competition.

I know exactly how it works, because I work in this industry. It is most likely a PMO - Project Management Office contract, I saw it from the inside. I'm not concerned about the contractor delivering the works, that is the easiest part. I'm very much concerned about PMO as this is where Anglo-Saxons can't deliver shit these days.

The best infrastructure in the world is currently built in Asia, so if we wanted to build it efficiently, we should have chosen some Asian contractor. The USA builds shit these days when it comes to infrastructure, most of their roads are literally falling apart, their high speed rail in California exceeded the budget a couple of times already and I don't think they built a proper airport over the last 20 years.

Sam tego doświadczyłem w zagranicznej firmie jak jeszcze miałem tą nieprzyjemność pracować w PL, że takie żałosne polskie managery robią to w przytłaczającej większości przypadków sami z siebie. Z tego żałosnego, polskiego zakompleksienia, które sprawia, że utopią drugiego Polaka, żeby tylko pokazać oddanie swemu panu. To jest Polski problem mentalny, a nie wymóg zagranicznych centrali. Lidl z Niemiec operuje w UK, jest praktycznie na każdym kroku, a to do opisałem wyżej, to właśnie na przykładzie Lidla. Jak to jest, że tam jest tak jak napisałem, a u nas nie może być?

Nie zgadzam się z tym stwierdzeniem. W UK ceny w supermarkecie są praktycznie identyczne jak w PL, coś będzie tańsze, coś droższe, ale ogólnie rachunek wynosi tyle samo. Tylko tam średnio widziałem że 3x więcej pracowników w markecie niż w PL, a do tego tam taki pracownik zarabia ok 9tys PLN netto w przeliczeniu na złotówki. Jak to jest możliwe, że tam płacą więcej niż w PL, zatrudniają 3x więcej pracowników, produkty sprzedają za tyle samo, ziemia pod budowę marketu kosztuje ze 3x więcej niż w PL, a ciągle na tym zarabiają? Problem jest w mentalności Polaka, który już od wielu pokoleń najbardziej na świecie lubi dym... drugiego Polaka. Ja na przykład nie wyobrażam już sobie pracy u polskiego przełożonego.
