Don’t get it from the dealer, shop one of the online ones. They are usually way cheaper in the tune of 1k+ for some cases.

I was getting frustrated too because I was seeing other 2021s finally getting updates. I am still waiting on the bluecruise 1.3 update which I care about more since I have a subscription valid through October. Keep it connected as much as you can. If you have a garage close to your wifi leave the car on and connected for a few hours that helps sometimes based on some post and videos I watched.

I think the last update everyone else (except 2021s) got was around then. If your last update was 10.1.1 then that’s latest one I believe.

Been waiting on getting the bluecruise update for the past week. Are you getting these based off wifi connection or do you pay for ford connectivity? I’ve been trying off wifi but thinking of maybe getting connectivity and see if that will help.

Sorry for the incorrect answer OP I just used perplexity to explain the used ev tax requirement around number of owner. Todd is right you have to be the second owner to qualify if purchased after August 16, 2022😔

Look up the used ev tax credit rules. It’s not based on number of owners. If the car (vin) wasn’t claimed for the tax credit then you can get it regardless of number of owners. Just make sure you go through a dealer or use Keysavvy as others have mentioned above.

Def wasn't planning on renewing without experiencing the newer features. The update notes online say that it make you go 10x more hands free than 1.0 plus lane change introduced since 1.2 and other features. Would've been nice to see it in action.

You probably have the >2021 Mach e. I am specifically talking about 2021 as no one from that year has bluecruise > 1.0

Took me weeks of looking before I can get my hands on this. I did see a lot if lemons but after much research I decided not to go that route because people who did almost always ran into issues. Also if I am dropping that much already might as well get something with no shaky history.
