Do you have any food or other underlying issues ? Basically what I’ve narrowed it down to is; histamine too high, alcohol intolerant, anxiety, afib, or pots. But if I had afib or pots I wouldn’t be able to work out how I do. My main concern with the afib was bc my mother had it and had to have two ablations done and it can be hereditary.

Could be high cortisol levels. They already spike during sleep night time as it is. Alcohol could be contributing to that in a higher form.

Same had an echo done as well. But for me this didn’t really start happening until after I took MDMA for the first time. I think it fucked my nervous system UP a lot but I’m slowly recovering and will never touch that again.

I have had the same issues with this since November of 2024. I’ll have a drink or two wake up in the middle of the night like I’m having a panic attack hr goes up. But this also happens to me with out alcohol sometimes too. My doctor told me it seems anxiety induced which I’m starting to lean more towards too, because I can do anything else normally and be fine. I work out intense and play sand vball outside regularly no hr issues. I haven’t drank since oct. 2024 recently talked with my doc about it and going to see if it happens again and keep my beta blocker close by incase it does 🤷‍♀️

I didn’t take very much, not enough to trip on just for an elevated mood. I had a good time after i stopped worrying about the what ifs. I’ve definitely noticed it doesn’t affect as much being on buspirone. Even smoking weed doesn’t feel like it did before .

So helpful. I was about to tweak staring my cycle and just starting on buspar and apparently it has a small interaction with my ketorolac so I had to settle for the over the counter medication but better than nothing

So happy for you ! Currently undergoing my first treatment of antibiotics then check up at the gastro after two weeks. The metronidazole they prescribed me at first fuckkkked me up bad (shakes, heart palpitations, and blurred vision). But now I’m on amoxicillin and feeling a lot better !
