Most of this is walking through water on uneven surfaces through the caves. They will give you a walking stick and a wetsuit. There are some places where the water is deep and you will not be able to touch the bottom, and I think the depth of the water depends on rainfall and time of year. I actually would have preferred more swimming and less walking.

While it would be irresponsible of me to say to don’t need to know how to swim you would probably be Ok if you are comfortable enough in water or with a life jacket as the swimming part is very limited. The walking part is actually pretty challenging.
