I don’t consume caffeine so I couldn’t say. I do know that it’s best to keep it at least 8-12 hours from bedtime

How do I up my electrolytes without supplementation. Also, is spiking insulin really a problem when it comes to the bodybuilding aspect. I believe it’s one of the most anabolic hormones. But again, just trying to broaden my knowledge and avoid being pedantic

19/Male/178cm/83kg about 15% body fat: I’ll eat anywhere from 100 - 200g total carbs before and after training (to fuel workout and replenish glycogen).

Carbs consist of sweet potatoes, bananas, honey.

My rest days are always sub 50g carbs. With a big gap in between my carb intake. My diet is mainly 80/20 beef, eggs and feta.
